About us

Freelancers and entrepreneurs in Stockholm

casual connect community

Our story

Like many other entrepreneurs and freelancers, we sometimes felt lonely. We missed having joint kickoffs, after-works, lunches, and wonderful colleagues to get inspired by, celebrate wins with, mourn losses, and exchange ideas.

But we didn’t miss the life of being an employee. So, we solved the problem by creating Casual Connect, a community for freelancers and entrepreneurs who want to surround themselves with like-minded people.

Now, we’re a big, wonderful group of self-chosen colleagues!

Our values

Community First:

We believe in the power of community and prioritize building strong, supportive connections among freelancers and entrepreneurs.

Collaboration Over Competition:

We foster a culture where collaboration thrives, and we lift each other up, knowing that together we can achieve more.

Freedom and Flexibility:

We value the freedom to choose our paths and the flexibility to work in ways that align with our individual lifestyles.

Continuous Growth:

We are committed to personal and professional growth, encouraging lifelong learning and the pursuit of excellence in our crafts.
